What personal information do we collect?

What do we use personal information for?

Your general contact information
We collect your name and address in order to provide the product or services that you have purchased from us.

We will collect your e-mail address in order to send you an order confirmation and information about your product.

Your credit card data
SurveyLabs does not at any time store card data used for online payment and all communication during ordering and payment is encrypted.

All administrative pages and pages that could otherwise contain sensitive information are SSL encrypted.

Tracking & marketing

We have a legitimate interest in being able to further develop, market and improve the products and services we offer. Therefore, we use personal data in the setup and maintenance of our products and services, as well as in connection with our marketing activities, and we can use personal data for troubleshooting and administrative purposes.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website.

In order to further develop and improve SurveyLabs' website, we keep statistics on how users use the site. The statistics are used exclusively in summarized form, for example to see which pages and browsers our customers use the most.

This information provides a better insight into customers' user patterns, and is used to improve the pages that prove difficult to navigate around. The information is also used to optimize design and usability.

Twitter
We use Twitter tracking pixels in connection with Twitter Ads.

Facebook
SurveyLabs' website uses Facebook pixels.

A cookie is set on your computer if you have entered our website via a Facebook ad.

These cookies expire after 28 days and are not used for personal identification. If a user visits certain pages on our site before the cookie has expired, we and Facebook can see that the user has clicked on the ad and has been directed to this page.

Digital Advisor
If you have visited one of SurveyLabs' affiliate partners, and make a purchase from via referral from their website, a tracking pixel will send information to Digital Advisor that a purchase has been made.

SurveyLabs' website uses both 1st party and 3rd party cookies to improve the user experience on our site, as well as to collect relevant statistics about the visitor.
